- the arch command marked as deprecated
- removed: elvtune, rescuept and setfdprm
- removed: man8/sln.8 (moved to man-pages, see #10601)
- removed REDAME.pg and README.reset
- .spec file cleanup
- added schedutils (commands: chrt, ionice and taskset)
