Fix post scriptlets, kpathsea indexing, dependencies

- prevent sed from being verbose in install log when uninstalling
- be sure the old /usr/share/texmf tree is indexed and searched by
kpathsea (#876710 )
- drop patch to fix build for dvisvgm, it is now applied upstream
- fix dependencies in texlive and texlive-base subpackages

Next series of Fedora downstream fixes
...
- drop relase subpackage (no more needed as TL is now in Fedora)
- fix -doc dependencies
- remove (not-built) asymtote from source tarball
- undefined catalogue version defaults to 0
- perform automatic license audit
- include also packages not part of any scheme
- don't strip binaries so that we can generate debuginfo (#863635 )
- clean up depsolver
