Adam Williamson 18c5951dec Rebuild with new GCC to fix #1546964 
For now, the tests dtardon turned off in -2 are still turned off
in this build. After this build is done, I'll fire a new build
with the tests turned on, and see how many still fail...

Remove %clean section 
None of currently supported distributions need that.
Last one was EL5 which is EOL for a while.
