6d5bee3354 Add /etc/inittab and /etc/crypttab 
We are the only user of /etc/crypttab, so it makes sense
that we install.

/etc/inittab contains some instructions to help lost users.
It is very similar to /etc/init.d/README, which we also install.

5cdc00d6e6 Revert "don't reset selinux context during CHANGE events" 
This reverts commit 9a5afe8dab.

We must not diconnect selinux label application from udev's primary
device node permission handling. They are all applied by udev at
the same time or not applied at all.

External tools which mangle device node permissions must not
install rules to instruct udev to manage the permissions, they
can *own* the device nodes but need to call chmod()/chown()
themselves.

- without the Requires we are unable to compose Fedora
- everyone else says that since kernel-install took over
- it is responsible for ensuring that grubby is in place
- this is really what we want for Fedora

This reverts commit 014067a71a.

kernel-install does *not* require grubby, and is not supposed to.

Grubby is already included in comps, and if really needed it should
be pulled-in by grub and friends, not by systemd which would
unconditionally always pull it into every installation.

cfb7231dc4 update Obsoletes, Provides 
Bump Obsoletes versions for upstart and readahead to cover their last
releases built in Koji.

Drop Obsoletes for stuff that was already gone in F17 (we only support
upgrades from F<n-1>, F<n-2>).
Drop compatibility Provides of stuff that nothing in Rawhide requires.

2575293b58 drop dependency on dbus-python

f5caa74303 Add scriptlets for migration away from systemd-timedated-ntp.target 
F17 had systemd-timedated-ntp.target. The target is gone in F18.
We want to ensure that users who had their NTP services enabled
indirectly via the target in F17 will still have them enabled after
upgrading to F18.

We use the %pretrans step to record which NTP services to enable.
Doing it in %pre would be too late. %pretrans has to be in lua.
The actual enabling of the NTP services is done in %post.
