Subject: [PATCH] tmpfiles: avoid creating duplicate acl entries

Status quo ante can be restored with:
getfacl -p /var/log/journal/`cat /etc/machine-id`|grep -v '^#'|sort -u|sudo setfacl --set-file=- /var/log/journal/`cat /etc/machine-id`
