bfa9fb3287 Split architecture-independent files in noarch'ed devel-subpkg 
Install documentation-files in unified %%{_pkgdocdir}
Install license to %%license
Hardlink files in %%{_pkgdocdir}, saves about 2 MBytes
Move testsuite-run to %%check-section
Improvements in %%install-section
Fix "swig.spec:147: W: make-check-outside-check-section make check"
Fix "swig.spec:263: W: macro-in-%%changelog %%{ix86} %%{arm}"

79f0ba316f golang is exclusivearch %{ix86} x86_64 %{arm}, don't BR it on ppc*, s390* 
unit tests fail on other ppc archs, too. disable for now
