- Add a screen reader label to the icon
- seapplet: avoid ValueError when parsing sealert.conf
- doc: Document performance related changes
- Decrease setroubleshootd priority and limit RAM utilization to 1GB
- Use setup from setuptools
- Use `pip install` instead of `setup.py install`
