04e828d22a Update internal resolv_wrapper to 1.1.7 
This fixes some Samba tests which redirect stderr to stdout and then get

5856c50271 Do not use %make_build 
Samba is using waf as the build system, make is just a wrapper and sync
make output doesn't work!
