systemd-related fixes did not land in Samba 4.2.1 release, they
are in v4-2-test branch _past_ 4.2.1 release.
We need to keep going with a local patch until 4.2.2 release.

the samba3 package, they are now built as part of the samba4 package
until they will both be released as independent packages.

- License change, the code is now GPLv3+
- Numerous improvements and bugfixes included
- package libsmbsharemodes too
- remove smbldap-tools as they are already packaged separately in Fedora
- Fix bug 245506
SELinux policies have been updated to make samba work ok as a Domain
Controller, meanwhile we established a directories where scripts can be
installed and run unconfined from smbd.
The default smb.conf now contains some more information on how to modify
some relevant selinux options to make samba work.
Dependencies and the condrestart tricks should avoid that things go wrong.
Guenther, please check if you see any big problem, as soon as you ack I will
push it into rawhide, then we can go on with adding the winbindd/offline
stuff we discussed today.
