Alexander Bokovoy b49cb5bbcc Change __bss_start scope to local 
There was a typo in the original bug which used _bss_start instead of
__bss_start. As result, __bss_start wasn't scoped locally.

None of currently supported distributions need that.
Last one was EL5 which is EOL for a while.
