Add .abignore file for abidiff 

abidiff complains:

abidiff: failed to read input file /usr/lib/libdcerpc-samr.so.0.0.1
abidiff: could not find the debug info

This is a grouping library which doesn't have any source code, so just
ignore it with a suppression file (.abignore).
