We don't need to rebuild for this patch now, but it will correct the
FTBFS that Koschei is currently reporting.

Relax the self requirement to just version

The koschei app was complaining of unsatisfied dependencies when I had
strictly "< %{version}-%{release}". Just "<= %{version}" should work.
