Marshal::dump should call Proc#call.)
- ruby-1.6.7-501-class-var.patch: applied a fix patch. (ruby-talk#35157:
class vars broken in 1.6.7)

- Added ruby-mode and ruby-mode-xemacs packages.
- Ruby works fine for ia64. so re-enable to build with ia64. (probably it
should be worked for alpha)
