- update to rpm 4.6.1 (http://rpm.org/wiki/Releases/4.6.1)
- fixes #487855, #493157 and several others already fixed in F11/rawhide - drop patches merged upstream - eliminate bogus leftover rpm:rpm rpmdb ownership
