ldconfig: make %ldconfig_post/%ldconfig_postun parameterized 
If %ldconfig is not defined, then "%ldconfig_post/%ldconfig_postun foo"
will expand to " foo" which is breaking packages.

Also now it is possible to move %end into post/postun.
