Revert "webrtc: also remove -mfpu=vfpv3-d16 from cflags_c and cflags_cc"
This reverts commit 4621b92128.
That did not help either.

Revert "webrtc-neon patch: Try removing -mfpu=vfpv3-d16 twice since it appears twice."
This reverts commit 10eb6915ce.
That did not help.
