restore system-clucene patch, rm the bundled copy

- restore system-clucene patch, rm the bundled copy

If the patch does not work, FIX it! Just building using the bundled
library is NOT acceptable, such a package is not allowed to go anywhere
in Fedora (not even Rawhide).
