Fixed .pyc bytecompilation 

- Updated .pyc 'bytecompilation with the newly installed interpreter' to also
  recompile optimized .pyc files
- Removed .pyo 'bytecompilation with the newly installed interpreter', as .pyo
  files are no more
- Resolves rhbz#1373635
