Tomas Orsava	0fe7b8e184	Move macros.pybytecompile in here from python3X-devel macros.pybytecompile: Detect Python version through sys.version_info ...instead of guessing from the executable name. Move macros.pybytecompile in here from python3X-devel

macros.pybytecompile: Detect Python version through sys.version_info

...instead of guessing from the executable name.
