ffc865e4a8 modularity: drop '*-libs' and '*-devel' subpackages

PostgreSQL servers.

50065a2277 postgresql-test-rpm-macros subpackage
We used to provide the functionality under postgresql-devel
subpackage, but that one has already too much purposes (we build
against that both client tools and server modules, using that for
tests is too much).

Newly, the postgresql-server package is automatically added as
transitive dependency, so the typical fix for dependant packages
would be:

    - BuildRequires: postgresql-devel
    - BuildRequires: postgresql-server
    + BuildRequires: postgresql-test-rpm-macros

(when the package doesn't need header files from postgresql-devel)

36a141a4c0 spec: drop the old %beta hack about %__os_install_post
This always was broken and the %__os_install_post macro was
redefined also for non-beta builds; that's because
%{?x:%global y z} defines %y even when %x is zero.

If we really wanted this %beta/%post hack, it would have to look
similarly to:
%{lua:if rpm.expand("%beta") ~= "0" then rpm.define('...') end}
On the other hand, I'm not sure that this is actually needed
nowadays so I'm removing it completely. Please let us know if you
happen to need the %__os_install_post redefinition.

Subject: [PATCH] Suppress indentation from Data::Dumper in regression tests
Ultra-modern versions of the perl Data::Dumper module have apparently
changed how they indent output. Instead of trying to keep up we choose
to tell it to supporess all indentation in the hstore_plperl regression
tests.
Backpatch to 9.5 where this feature was introduced.

We configure Postgres with --disable-rpath because for the most part we
want to leave it to ldconfig to determine where libraries are. However,
for some reason the Perl package puts libperl.so in a nonstandard place
and doesn't add that place to the ldconfig search path. I think this
is a Perl packaging bug, myself, but apparently it's not going to change.
So work around it by adding an rpath spec to plperl.so (only).
Per bug #162198.

We should ideally provide '/bin/pg_config' in postgresql-server-devel, and
provide no pg_config binary in libpq package. But most of the Fedora packages
that use pg_config actually only build against PG libraries (and
postgresql-server-devel isn't needed). So.., to avoid the initial rush around
rhbz#1618698 change, rather provide pg_server_config binary, which int urn means
that we'll have to fix only a minimal set of packages which really build
PostgreSQL server modules.

From d8ec6b9c8c265c2f29b1c0e0e4205895baaa326d Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001
From: Tom Lane <tgl@sss.pgh.pa.us>
Date: Thu, 9 Mar 2017 17:20:11 -0500
Subject: [PATCH] Fix timestamptz regression test to still work with latest
IANA zone data.
The IANA timezone crew continues to chip away at their project of removing
timezone abbreviations that have no real-world currency from their
database. The tzdata2017a update removes all such abbreviations for
South American zones, as well as much of the Pacific. This breaks some
test cases in timestamptz.sql that were expecting America/Santiago and
America/Caracas to have non-numeric abbreviations.
The test cases involving America/Santiago seem to have selected that
zone more or less at random, so just replace it with America/New_York,
which is of similar longitude. The cases involving America/Caracas are
harder since they were chosen to test a time-varying zone abbreviation
around a point where it changed meaning in the backwards direction.
Fortunately, Europe/Moscow has a similar case in 2014, and the MSK/MSD
abbreviations are well enough attested that IANA seems unlikely to
decide to remove them from the database in future.
With these changes, this regression test should pass when using any IANA
zone database from 2015 or later. One could wish that there were a few
years more daylight on how out-of-date your zone database can be ... but
really the --with-system-tzdata option is only meant for use on platforms
where the zone database is kept up-to-date pretty faithfully, so I do not
think this is a big objection.
Discussion: https://postgr.es/m/6749.1489087470@sss.pgh.pa.us
