43e2287e32 Update to 5.14.0.RC1 - release candidate 1! 
- build RC1 of 5.14.0
- remove Class::ISA from sub-packages
- patches 8+ are part of new release
- remove vendorarch/auto/Compress/Zlib
- update version releases in sub-packages

d6a27c21eb Remove rpath-make patch 
The patch does the same as upstream. Also we use --enable-new-dtags
linker option for some time, so it's not needed. Build log is free of
`could not LD_PRELOAD' nonexisting library messages now.

This is necessary since 2.2002 version that has introcuded 4 digits to
preserve upgrage flow (ENVRA monothony).

It's necessary to provide -tests subpackage for perl-Test-Simple in the
same version, because we need to dual-live with standalone

45d61c6f12 diffrpms tool to compare RPMs between revisions 
E.g. `./diffrpms 134 138' compares binary packagas from revision 134 and
revision 138. You must build them before into x86_64 and noarch
subdirectories.
