Implementation of rpm-config-files test case
The testcase check whether all config files delivered by pcp RPM's are
marked as '%config' in spec file.

Do not test SASL authentication using digest-md5.
The digest-md5 auth. method has been obsoleted.
This commit removes it from the relevant test.
