that was applied immediately after the 1.8.4 release.

Also:
- Drop upstreamed patch.
- Install graph.cmxs and enable the -debuginfo subpackage.
- Update expected test results.
- BR ocaml-findlib only, not ocaml-findlib-devel.
- Install graph editing tools into -tools subpackage.
- Fix the bytecode build.
