ae5a7d7d20 Bring F25 branch back to sane state 
F25 had deviated from master/branch due to individual "rebuild commits"
("we" still use distgit as if it were cvs).

Bring back the F27/master state so that all current security fixes are
in F25 before EOL.

Branching in Fedora is hard, it seems...

in F26, and future fixes can be built on top efficiently.

Branching in Fedora is hard, it seems...

3aae5268e0 repair FTBFS from version specific patch 
412e729 ("New release 1.11", 2017-04-11) introduced/rewrote the version
specific openjpeg patch. This breaks with every new openjpeg version due
to the changed subdir. Make it independent of that, it's in the include
path.

9c10d014ab Various minor packaging changes 
- Package the license text with the %%license macro
- Don't use the %%version macro in filenames, it's not helpful
- Added extra handling for the docs; %%_docdir is no longer autopackaged,
  plus we want to install the license text elsewhere
