DJ Delorie 56a9df0d91 Update to 4.3 
Remove patches which have been applied upstream.
Remove old patches that were to help with the 3.8->4.0 migration.
Rebase the remaining patches.

- Drop rlimit, fdleak, strcpy-overlap, recursion-test, double-free
    patches, make supports this functionality now
  - Disable the memory patch for the time being
  - Port remaining patches
  - Add weird-shell patch, upstream bug 30748
