b9adaae17b -Werror is for upstream, not for packages 
... especially as it breaks our build in configure:

6931f32c10 drop BuildRequires: openssl-devel 
In 4.2 no LO code needs openssl any more, only the bundled neon, python3,
postgresql externals need it.
