Rename FENCE_KDUMP_NODES to FENCE_KDUMP_NODES_FILE

Renames FENCE_KDUMP_NODES variable to FENCE_KDUMP_NODES_FILE to
distinguish it from values read from fence_kdump_nodes option in
kdump.conf (introduced in following patches).
