Mauro Carvalho Chehab 05953f6713 Fix i82975x_edac (BZ#848149) 
This driver was soooo broken that I needed to rewrote the
entire logic for memory identification and for memory error
report.

While here, enable EDAC_DEBUG, on debug kernels.
