51c0771553 Prune stale config options 
Some of these were removed upstream and others were dropped when
kernel-arm64.patch was killed off.  Found by Paul's check-configs.pl
script.

88b2d09576 Re-enable kernel-arm64.patch after updating. 
- CONFIG_SERIAL_8250_FINTEK moved to generic since it appears on x86-generic
  and arm64 now.
- CONFIG_IMX_THERMAL=n added to config-arm64.

not already applied upstream.

Don't install the 'trace' alias symlink for 'perf trace'.  Seems much too
generic to just throw that into /usr/bin

575de6c9a6 Add initial arm64 support 
Based on a working config by Paul Whalen. The generated config ends
up being the same, so hopefully this marks the first ARMv8 Fedora
kernel.
