- Requires: hunspell on F9+ (FeatureDictionary)
- patch KSpell for hunspell support on F9+ (FeatureDictionary)
- add and build enchant backend for KSpell2 (backported from Sonnet) on F9+
    (FeatureDictionary)
- don't build aspell and ispell backends for KSpell2 on F9+
    (FeatureDictionary)
