Re-enable PPC patch, but increase stack size 
With the previous version of this stack JRE complained that stack was
too small. Without the patch JRE segfaults. Thus let's try increasing
the stack size.

Remove ppc_stack_overflow_fix.patch 
We currently fail during compilatio with:

The Java thread stack size specified is too small. Specify at least 147464k
BUILDSTDERR: Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
BUILDSTDERR: Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
