None of currently supported distributions need that.
Last one was EL5 which is EOL for a while.

- update to 3.2.1 (whoops, missed 3.2 completely)
 - merged all patches or equivalents
 - re-merged hesinfo, so we obsolete it now
 - adds a pkgconfig configuration file for libhesiod
- correct inconsistent changelog dates, assuming day-of-week is correct
