Move old grubby and new-kernel-pkg to grubby-deprecated and default to BLS
Now that Anaconda defaults to a BootLoaderSpec setup on installation, the the grubby package should also install the grubby BLS wrapper by default. Signed-off-by: Javier Martinez Canillas <javierm@redhat.com>
