- Clean up the build a bit to make it faster - Make grubenv work right on UEFI machines Related: rhbz#1119943 - Sort debug and rescue kernels later than normal ones Related: rhbz#1065360 - Allow "fallback" to include entries by title as well as number. According to UEFI 2.4 specification, default boot file name on AArch64

is BOOTAA64.EFI (3.4.1.1 Removable Media Boot Behavior). Also set default

GRUB image name to grubaa64.efi to match it.
