Peter Jones 379acc0587 Fix release to -18 as that's the build we're doing... 
This build:
- Moves starfield to a subpackage
- Doesn't allow SSE or MMX on UEFI builds (#949761)

starfield takes up >3M on disk without being used, and we're oversize for
the live image. It also contains some copies of dejavu fonts...

Peter Jones c766879b05 Trim some changelogs from last decade. 
One of these includes an invalid date, which rpm now complains about,

suffering?
