- Prepare for glibc 2.32 release.
- Regenerate configure scripts.
- Update NEWS with bugs.

- Don't mix linker error messages into edited scripts
- benchtests/README update.
- RISC-V: Update lp64d libm-test-ulps according to HiFive Unleashed
- aarch64: update NEWS about branch protection
- Add NEWS entry for CVE-2016-10228 (bug 19519)
- powerpc: Fix incorrect cache line size load in memset (bug 26332)
- Update Nios II libm-test-ulps file.
