- drop old ghc682, ghc681, haddock09 obsoletes
- drop haddock_version and no longer provide haddock explicitly
- add obsoletes for ghc-utf8-string (#571478, reported by Jochen Schmitt)
- update ghc-rpm-macros BR to 0.5.6 for ghc_pkg_recache
