Fix compatibility with: FYI: fix BINOP_SUBSCRIPT with pieced arrays

* valarith.c (binop_user_defined_p): Return 0 on ARG1 or ARG2 being
TYPE_DYNAMIC.
* value.c (coerce_ref): Use object_address_get_data resolution for
TYPE_DYNAMIC ARG.
