Jan Kratochvil bb9a89cb8a - Fix more the variable-length-arrays support (BZ 468266, feature BZ
377541).
- Fix the watchpoints conditionals.
- Fix on PPC spurious SIGTRAPs on active watchpoints.
- Fix occasional stepping lockup on many threads, seen on ia64.
