- [rhel6] Do not install its man page if gdb-add-index is not installed.
- [rhel] Do not migrate /usr/share/gdb/auto-load/ with symlinks on RHELs.
- Fix gdb-7.7 auto-load from /usr/share/gdb/auto-load/ regression.
