Drop Source URL for snapshots.

- Separate %{snapgnulib} from %{snap}.
- Fix %{libstdcxxpython} to be %{name}-prefixed.
- Fix debug info for go-exp.y and go-exp.c.
- Include RHEL-5 compatible %{buildroot} cleanup.
- Use %__global_ldflags.
