- Comply with new package review: 

- Fix .spec Source as this is not a snapshot now.
- Convert all spaces to tabs.
- Fix missing %defattr at %files for gdbserver.
- Replace all hardcoded-library-path by variants of %{_isa}.
- Include %{_isa} for appropriate Requires and BuildRequires.
