	* config/gnu-user.h (LINK_EH_SPEC): Pass --no-add-needed to the linker.
	* config/alpha/elf.h (LINK_EH_SPEC): Likewise.
	* config/ia64/linux.h (LINK_EH_SPEC): Likewise.
