Parag Nemade 6eee6cf5d1 Revert previously added -Wstrict-aliasing cflags 
- We actaully need -fno-strict-aliasing (rh#903288)
- Remove %defattr() (rh#1003518)
- fontforge.xml should not be executable (rh#1003518)
