Andrew Overholt fd64f0d26f - Import 3.1RC3. 
- Use FileInitializer (e.o#90535) - this should eliminate .sos in
    ~/.eclipse.
- Add eclipse-filenamepatterns.txt ("*.so" currently) for above.
- Symlink JNI libraries.
