2af4050a9b Fix API and runtime dependency issues. 
- Fix API issues with Lucene 4.
- Remove old Tomcat Servlet API bundle.
- Use Glassfish EL instead of Tomcat EL.

dd8ac278cd Fix the Eclipse build.
