- Change _eclipse_pkg to pipe all reconciler output to /dev/null

67ffc326a6 Speed up reconciliation. 
- Change eclipse-reconciler script to run with no arguments.
- Use initscripts to create run directory.
- Run reconciler only once per install transaction.
