c2c49f8540 - Ensure %{_datadir}/eclipse/dropins gets watched in eclipse.ini 
- Move JDT and SDK bits to dropins/{jdt,sdk}/eclipse for consistency
- Update copy-platform to add %{_datadir}/dropins
