- Drop autotool build requires.
- Drop glfinish.patch, cow.patch, resize-offset.patch and icon-menu-patch.
- Add libdecoration.so
- Update to desktop-effects-0.7.0, which spawns the right decorator and
plays nicely with unknown plugins.
