This license got adopted in 2019.

7a4a1d091f Build with gcc on ppc64le to work around ieeelongdouble issue 
The syslog.h glibc header is currently incompatible with clang
ieeelongdouble, which we recently enabled by default again. Build
with gcc to avoid the issue for now.

2329a7b813 Add rpminspect config file.
